End channels and center door channel are made from12 gauge sheet (.105) thickness and are formed to allow insertion of 2" lumber. Front grille is 38 " high and is constructed using 12 gauge channel on the bottom with 7/16" drainage holes for galvanizing. The bottom channel mounts over the top board creating a "cribbing channel". Vertical tubes are 1" x 16 gauge round tubes spaced 4" on center. Top mounting strap is 3/16" x 1 " flat bar with 7/16" drainage holes for galvanizing and 7/16" x 1" slots for mounting grille in frame.

The door channel has a 7/16" round hole located 45" up from the bottom which is used mount the Door Latch. The latch plate HSLP is manufactured using 3/8" x 2" steel with (1) 7/16" round hole and 1/2" radius corners. Top and bottom tubes are made from 1 "x 16 gauge square Tube. The top tube have (4) 7/16" round holes used to mount the Grilles.

Vented panel require (2) grilles which are 38 " high and is constructed using 12 gauge channel on the bottom with 7/16" drainage holes for galvanizing. The bottom channel mounts over the top board creating a "cribbing channel". Vertical tubes are 1" x 16 ga round tubes spaced 4" on center. Top mounting strap is 3/16" x 1 " flat bar with 7/16" drainage holes for galvanizing and 7/16" x 1" slots for mounting. Grilles are mounted in place using 3/8" x 2" carriage bolts and 3/8" hex nuts.

Connectors
Stall Panels are connected in different patterns by using, Wall Connector brackets, 2-way corner connector, 3- way and 4- way connectors. Connector brackets are manufactured using 3/16" x 1 " flat bar formed to create the aforementioned connectors.
